Find a Surrogate
Find a Surrogate at Pinnacle Surrogacy
Here’s why:
- You can be matched with a surrogate who is already medically and psychologically cleared and prepared for her surrogacy journey. This can reduce your time, effort, and risk of disappointment when matching with a surrogate who is yet to be cleared for surrogacy.
- Our team of surrogacy directors, most of whom are experienced surrogates, will support you and your surrogate throughout your entire surrogacy journey, from matching to delivery.
- We are a national surrogacy agency with regional presence in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, and Washington DC; we can support your journey wherever you are in the US and worldwide.
- We offer all-inclusive services (IVF, egg donation, and surrogacy) provided by top fertility specialists to make your surrogacy journey streamlined and easier to navigate.
Unlike most surrogacy agencies, Pinnacle Surrogacy works exclusively with clinics within the Pinnacle Fertility network. This means that you can be matched with one of Pinnacle Surrogacy’s medically and psychologically screened surrogates quickly. Our team will continue to support you and your surrogate throughout the entire surrogacy process, from surrogate matching to delivery.
What is the process of surrogacy?
Medical and Psychological Evaluations of Surrogates
Surrogacy agencies typically begin the process of medical and psychological screening after the intended parent(s) match with the surrogate. At Pinnacle Surrogacy, our prospective surrogates undergo medical and psychological testing before matching. Each surrogate candidate completes screening by a fertility specialist, a high-risk obstetrician, and a psychologist. We also conduct home surveys and meet the surrogate’s family to ensure the home environment is supportive, safe, and nurturing.
Consultation and Access to Surrogate Profiles
Following consultation with your reproductive physician, we’ll provide you with access to our surrogate profiles. We get to know our surrogates well during the surrogate screening process, and can provide recommendations based on each party’s requirements, wishes, and expectations for their surrogacy pregnancy.
Intended Parent and Surrogate Match Meeting
We facilitate the match meeting between you and the surrogate. If you and the surrogate cannot meet in person, we can arrange a video conference. The match meeting is an opportunity to get to know your surrogate and ask any questions you may have. Most of all, the meeting is a time for you and your surrogate to establish expectations regarding communication and the pregnancy process. After the match meeting, we follow-up with both parties to help facilitate next steps and answer any remaining questions.
Because everyone’s parenthood journey is unique, your consultation with one of our specialist physicians will help you map out what your journey looks like. This consultation with our in-house fertility specialist can be done in person or over the phone to help you plan your next steps.
Legal Matters Pertaining to Surrogacy
After the surrogate and the intended parent(s) match and agree to work together, Pinnacle Surrogacy will recommend attorneys for each party. The attorneys will draft the legal contract between the surrogate and intended parent(s) and ensure that each party considers important legal issues surrounding surrogacy. Alternatively, either party may use an attorney that they find independently. Our surrogates reside primarily in surrogacy friendly states and the legal process is typically straightforward.
Embryo Transfer
An embryo transfer can be planned once the legal contracts are in place. A representative of Pinnacle Surrogacy will accompany your surrogate to all fertility appointments. If you are unable to attend an appointment, we can arrange video participation or provide timely feedback.
Support During Surrogate Pregnancy
Pinnacle Surrogacy will be there for you and your surrogate at every step of your surrogacy journey. We’ll be in close contact with your surrogate during pregnancy and assist her with all obstetric appointments. The surrogates will continue monthly support meetings with a psychologist. Additionally, surrogates receive nutritional counseling and delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the pregnancy.
